An opportunity for Permobil users to share their story
Every month, the Permobil company highlights a Permobil employee or an end user of one of its wheelchairs or rehabilitation devices. And with this month being ALS Awareness Month, they’d like to feature someone with ALS who uses a Permobil chair.
Details are below:
Vision of Permobil Portraits: Humans are wired for connection and these connections are made when people can relate to experiences. Knowing someone else’s story provides this opportunity for others to relate, and everyone has a story worth sharing. Permobil Portraits are intended to connect, enhance, and expand our community through authentic storytelling.
Process for sharing stories:
- You will be asked to review and sign a document granting permission for your story, name, image, etc. to be shared.
- I will send you a few questions to answer that you can send back to me.
- You will send 3-5 pictures of yourself that you believe tell the story of your everyday life. Our graphic designers will use those images to create the branded social media posts and we will use them in the blog.
- We will take the answers to your questions to draft a blog post and copy for the social media posts.
- Content featuring your story may be shared on Permobil’s social media accounts, website, printed material, etc.
For examples of the social media posts, be sure to check out the @PermobilUSA IG and FB accounts. The last one we did was You can find a blog post example here.
