Hi,
I have used this for 6 months and recommend it,
– to and from bed/wheelchair
– shower/toilet chair
I have the manual one but there are hydraulic and electric on the market.

I saw this on Amazon for about $37K. That’s a bit rich for my blood but the chair is killer, and maybe the VA can get me something comparable for my husband.

I purchased it from the manufacturer in India – airlifted it to Norway.

Wow! What a great design… but such a high price.
I use this model for my shower chair. It’s very sturdy and has practical uses beyond the shower if you need them.

I just realized by doing an online search that there are a number of chairs online that do a similar thing and they range in cost from $1000- $2000. I am curious what other people’s experience is with these. My partner (pALS) is not needing this yet but trying to anticipate future needs.
